Clinical Consultation

Receiving ongoing consultation is an important tool to becoming a skilled psychotherapist. Consultation offers support, expertise, and additional perspectives to grow as therapists and develop in our work. The consultation provided by Florescence utilizes a collaborative model which allows therapists to gain a better understanding of personal strengths and identify areas to grow. We offer consultation in both one on one or small group settings, which can be scheduled regularly or as needed with one of our more experienced clinicians.

Qualifications include:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy
• Possess current Washington State licensure: LMHCA, LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD or PsyD by start date
• Two years of experience (can include internship) providing mental health counseling
